I would like to help save a life by improving the standard of immediate care in Scotland by making a donation to The Sandpiper Trust .

This declaration confirms my wish to make donations to the Sandpiper Trust under the New Gift Aid Scheme which applies to all donations from 6th April 2000. I understand that these payments must come from income on which I have paid an amount of income or capital gains tax in the relevant year equal to the tax reclaimed by the Sandpiper Trust in that period.

I confirm that I am a UK taxpayer, resident in the UK for tax purposes and that I will advise the Sandpiper Trust if the situation changes.
